ifa’s Training and Work Session (TWS) is designed for established, new and potential users to learn the ifa EMR system with their staff and peers. Sessions are held both at our beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida main office, as well as in New York City.

Each session is customized to provide one-on-one training and group instruction on a variety of EMR subjects, such as stimulus reimbursement, meaningful use, structured data, e-prescribing and the Patient Portal. The goal of each work session is to offer technical support and to listen for valuable feedback to help us better understand the special needs of your office.
