ifa presents the iPad version

The times of simple “drop-down” lists and menus are finally over: State-of-the-art EMR systems are template driven and much more user friendly.

With the advanced SmartScreen technology the ifa EMR for eye care is now available with a complete iPad version. In many ophthalmic offices and clinics the iPad can take the place laptops for viewing test results and for coordinating the clinical pathways of patients (eye care workflow management). Based on a terminal server concept, the iPad is used wireless and allows doctors and staff to gain access to their computers from anywhere in the office or clinic and also from outside.
